After over 13 years of experience in Australia, Glenn, a Yorkshireman, has finally introduced a Traditional Sunday Roast to one of Hua Hin's Best Restaurants. Starting in May 2025, we have brought our former Head Chef from Australia to lead the Thai kitchen and teach them Western culinary techniques. Our Sunday Roast will, of course, include an Australian Beef Sunday roast, pork, and chicken, plus all the extras! Think Yorkshire puddings cooked in beef fat to bring through the flavours, and crispy roast potatoes cooked in duck fat for that totally unique Western flavour!
