Well-known on the Hua Hin restaurant scene, Sara has previously owned two wine bars in Hua Hin but this is the real deal - a dream born out of frustration with the local Hua Hin restaurant market and a desire to build and create something special, especially in this part of Hua Hin, Soi 94 Hua Hin.
Supported by her partner and the previous owner of three restaurants in Australia and the UK, tonic & ginger is destined to leave nothing but good memories for all of our customers and friends.
